WOOD TYPES: Once you submit your order form, we will contact you and let you know what types of wood we currently have available. The types we have will constantly change, as we tend to find unique pieces of wood rather than carrying a standard type. This ensures that every piece that we create is unique and tailored to each client. If you have a specific type that you are interested in, please include that in the Additional Comments section and we will take that into account when we contact you about your custom order.
1. NUMBER OF HOOKS: Please let us know how many hooks you would like.
2. SIZE: Let us know what size you are looking for, or what the maximum amount of space you have in the area you are picturing your new coat rack.
3. ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: Please include anything additional that you would like us to know.
TIMEFRAME
You will be contacted within 24-48 hours by our team with any questions we may have for you, and to receive your confirmation & payment.
Our turn-around timeframe could be anywhere between 3 days to 3 weeks, depending on how intricate your custom project request is.

PAYMENTS
All payments will be discussed and must be made in full prior to our staff starting on your custom project.
Delays in payment will inflict delays on your finished products.
Accepted payments are Debit/Credit, PayPal, or Email Money Transfer.
HST will be added on all sold products.
